My name is Colette Dalal Tchantcho
I am an actor, theatre maker and creator.
I am from Cameroon and Kuwait, where I was born and raised and graduated from the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, with a BA Hons in Performing Arts – Acting. Over the years, I founded and directed arts company COBA, and have had a varied portfolio of work as an actor, from the Globe and National Theatre of Scotland to the BBC and international renowned Song of the Goat Theatre in Poland. I am now based in London, working on projects across disciplines, from art films and multidisciplinary theatre to exciting new adaptations of Shakespeare.
This website encompasses my work, thoughts and interests, such as performances I’ve given, ideas I’m developing or just topics I’d like to examine.
I am many things… as well as those stated above I am also a performance artist, poet, musician, aspiring tailor, women, mixed race, black, bisexual… when my website is complete I hope that it will capture a little of my many parts and that you enjoy having a look around.
So thanks for checking in and much more coming soon.
